The Department of Aging provides links to other state agencies' rules, to executive orders and to federal rule proposals. We feature links to certain rules of interest and those that would primarily affect older Ohioans.
The latest featured rule proposals are:
  • Dept. of Job and Family Services - Business Impact Analysis on criminal records check rules
  • Ohio Dept. of Insurance - Long-Term Care Partnership Program
  • Ohio Dept. of Insurance - Various life insurance rules
For more information on the rules process, please visit our Rules Center.
