Are your elderly parents surprisingly active for their age? Tell us all about!
By Wendie Blair

Do you have elderly parents that seem to get around more than you? Or for that matter, better than you? Maybe you're wondering how they do it...so are we!

I'm sure many of us at some point in time have seen someone who appears twice our age jogging or participating in an activity that we ourselves do not have the stamina for.

If you're like me, when you see this happening you think to yourself "I should be ashamed of myself". That's my first thought. My second thought brings a smile to my face. It's a delightful feeling to see elderly making such an effort to stay in shape and reap the benefits of shaving years off of their age.
It's a wonderful incentive to other elderly and to the younger generations.

If we could encourage more activity to more senior citizens then elderly independence could grow stronger and maybe have a domino effect to the younger generations.

If this reminds you of your parent(s) or someone elderly that you know, tell us about it. We would like to hear your story, and feel free to post pictures.

Nice article! I had negative idea about the massage therapy but after reading your content I realized that regular massage therapy develops the immune system and it also an effective way to get strength muscle. Thanks.

My all ancestors have age more than fifty plus and still the all have strong body to work for the day. All are hard worker in their field and to eat the food style in the ancient way to sit down at the ground level at home.
