Exercise is necessary for good health. It decreases risk of diabetes, back pain, arthritis, osteoporosis… and assist with fat loss. I think we should do exercise to keep our health fit. Thanks for this nice allocation.

Exercising regularly is important, especially for elders to reduce the risk acquiring chronic diseases. The exercise will also improve and boost the muscles strength and endurance of an individual. The exercising will make us more productive in our daily chores and activities.
